1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the 9ph20 online gaming platform, including its website, mobile interface, games, features, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any restricted area of the 9ph20 Platform, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies, and guidelines that 9ph20 may publish from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game or promotion rules.

These Terms were last updated in January 2026. 9ph20 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the 9ph20 Platform. This age threshold is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 9ph20 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 9ph20 Platform is operated and made available primarily to players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to determine whether access to and use of online gaming platforms is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are physically located at the time of access. 9ph20 makes no representation that the Platform is legally available in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To open a 9ph20 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and current registration information;
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information as necessary;
• Not register on behalf of any third party or use another person's identity;
• Not hold more than one (1) active account on the Platform at any time.

2.4 Verification

9ph20 may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your account lifecycle. Required documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, driver's license) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 9ph20 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 9ph20 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.2 Suspicious Activity

You must notify 9ph20 immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. You may contact our support team at [email protected] or via the 24/7 live chat available on the Platform.

3.3 Account Currency

All 9ph20 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. 9ph20 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 9ph20 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy administration fee of up to ₱100 per month on dormant accounts with a remaining balance, after providing prior written notice to the registered email or mobile number. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period without further notice.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

9ph20 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. 9ph20 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 9ph20 account balance instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method selected.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 9ph20 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.3 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.
• All active bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• 9ph20 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

9ph20 is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. Any transaction that 9ph20 reasonably suspects to be connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime will be reported to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities. Associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and funds may be frozen.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 9ph20 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the promotion is announced. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses awarded to a 9ph20 account must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings or bonus balance may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are fulfilled, the bonus balance is not eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

9ph20 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and suspend accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged wagers to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus credits and free spins awarded by 9ph20 expire within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account balance without compensation.

6 Gameplay Rules

9ph20 offers a variety of game categories including live casino, slots, sports betting, sabong, bingo, color prediction, and specialty games. Each game category and individual game title operates according to its own specific rules, which are made available within the game interface or the relevant game information page on the Platform.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live physical events (in the case of live dealer games and sports outcomes), and are not subject to manipulation by 9ph20;
• The house edge and return-to-player (RTP) percentages applicable to each game are published in good faith and reflect actual certified values;
• Wagers placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed;
• In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the outcome recorded by 9ph20's server-side systems, the server-side record shall be conclusive;
• Technical malfunctions — including disconnection, game interruptions, or display errors — do not constitute valid grounds for a wager refund unless the specific circumstances meet the criteria set out in 9ph20's technical fault policy.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9ph20 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one (1) account, whether under your own identity or a third party's;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or place wagers on the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using the Platform for any money laundering purpose;
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage, matched betting, or systematic low-risk wagering intended to exploit promotional terms rather than engage in genuine gameplay;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 9ph20 staff or other players;
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 9ph20 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, layout, and design — is the proprietary property of 9ph20 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 9ph20.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9ph20 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security;
• Interruptions or delays in Platform availability caused by technical failures, maintenance, force majeure, or events beyond 9ph20's reasonable control;
• Errors or omissions in game content or information displayed on the Platform, subject to correction upon discovery;
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including processing delays, errors, or fees.

10 Privacy & Data

9ph20 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data. All data transmitted between your device and 9ph20 servers is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS technology.

11 Responsible Gaming

9ph20 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by 9ph20

9ph20 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used fraudulently or for any prohibited purpose;
• The player's identity or age cannot be verified to 9ph20's satisfaction;
• Regulatory obligations require account suspension or closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account — including real money funds — may be forfeited by 9ph20 to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12.2 Account Closure by Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting 9ph20 support at [email protected]. Any remaining withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method following completion of standard verification procedures.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

9ph20 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the national government agency responsible for licensing and supervising gaming activities in the Philippines.

14 Amendments

9ph20 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavor to notify registered players via a notification on the Platform or to the registered mobile number or email address on file. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 9ph20 Platform following publication of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.2.
